Export buyer’s credit is a medium-and -long-term financing facility provided by the exporter’s bank, and supported by exporter’s home government in favor of the importer or its banks, with the purpose of promoting the export of capital goods and services such as homebred mechanical and electrical products, complete equipment, and overseas contracted engineering projects.
